We’ll discuss the risk factors for heart disease and high blood pressure (hypertension) and give you effective strategies to manage each.
This course is intended for those who qualify for or are enrolled in a cardiac rehab program (and their family or friends!). Healthcare professionals wanting to deepen their understanding of the cardiac rehab process and cardiovascular health will also find this course beneficial.
The course is divided into several modules covering different topics about the cardiac rehab process and managing your heart health. Each module is broken down into individual lessons that include text and video lessons and PowerPoint slides.
This course is taught using fun, animated videos, PowerPoint presentations, text materials, and practical activities. You will have access to downloadable handouts containing information and worksheets.
